Banana Works is led by Daniel Warren, a time-served carpenter who spent years across a wide range of builds and renovations before moving into running complex construction projects end to end.
Estimating, programming, procurement, subcontractor management, site logistics, and getting things finished properly under a deadline that doesn't move, that's the grounding Banana Works is built on. It's not a different skill set to activation build, dressed up differently. It's the same one, aimed at a faster, more design-sensitive target.
A joint still has to close cleanly whether it's holding up a staircase or a stand. A programme still has to hold whether the site is a housing development or an exhibition hall. The discipline transfers. What changes is the pace, and the fact that the finished thing now has to survive being photographed up close.
