The things clients actually ask before a first project, not a list of questions nobody's raised. If yours isn't here, that's what the contact page is for.
Both. Agencies are our priority relationship, and we're entirely comfortable working white-label behind one, but brands are just as welcome to come to us directly.
Yes, and early. A render that looks perfect can still be structurally, financially or logistically unbuildable as drawn. Better to hear that at feasibility stage than at load-in.
As standard. Your idea, your client, our build. We don't use a project as a way to bypass an agency and go direct to their client.
Earlier than you think, particularly if there's anything structural, power-related, or venue-compliance heavy involved. Get in touch with a rough brief even before it's finished; that's exactly when the feasibility conversation is most useful.
It happens constantly, and it's fine, but it gets costed and agreed properly rather than absorbed quietly. Nobody's budget benefits from pretending a late change is free.
We're based in Leeds and work UK-wide as standard. Get in touch if your project's in Europe and we'll talk through what's involved.
No fixed minimum. A single install or de-rig job is a perfectly good way to start a relationship before committing to a bigger build.
Both technical crew, keeping the physical build running, and guest-facing staff, running the activation for the people walking through it, priced day rate per role. Full detail on the Run page.
Where it makes sense, yes. It's built into our Production Partner model rather than treated as a favour or an afterthought once the show's packed away.
Nine questions can't cover every project. Send us yours and we'll answer it properly, not with a template.
